Important Rental Terms

Request only: submitting this form does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation.

Rental duration: 4-hour and 8-hour rentals are consecutive from equipment handoff. Multi-day rentals use the 8-hour full-day rate for each day.

Booking hours: pickup and delivery start times must be between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time.

Damage: renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear during the rental period.

Operation: renter is responsible for safe operation and jobsite conditions.

Transport: customer pickup requires properly rated towing and securement equipment.

Fuel: this machine uses gasoline; return-fuel expectations will be confirmed before release.

Clean return: machine must be returned reasonably clean and free of excessive buildup.
