Damage: renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including misuse, overloading and avoidable undercarriage damage.
Operation: only approved operators may operate the machine. No riders or passengers.
Attachments: only Noble-approved attachments may be installed or used.
Utilities: renter/customer is responsible for utility locating and safe digging before auger or ground-disturbing work.
Cleaning: excessive mud, concrete or debris buildup may result in a cleaning charge.
Transport: customer pickup requires separately approved transport rated for the machine and all cargo.
